TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT OF COURSES

(i) When registration is made within 2 weeks of course commencement, full payment should be made on registration.

(ii) When an earlier booking is made, with deposit only, the balance of the course fees must reach French Online no later than 2 weeks prior to course commencement.

(iii) In the event of cancellation by the student of an intensive course within two weeks of course commencement, the course will not be refunded. When earlier cancellation is made, 90% of the course will be refunded.

(iv) Once an intensive course has commenced, lessons cannot be postponed, assigned or refunded for any reason.

(v) In the event of cancellation by the student of a flexible course, no refund will be made.

(vi) In the case of a flexible course, the student can cancel or rearrange the lessons without charge provided 48 hour notice is given. Cancellation of a Monday lesson is required no later than 3 on the afternoon of the Friday before.

(vii) French Online reserves the right to cancel or rearrange the dates of the course. Should such a change become necessary and does not meet with the student's approval, French Online may at its discretion refund all or part of the course fees.

(viii) French Online does not accept responsability for loss or injury, however caused.
